Stockton, CA – In the afternoon of Friday, April 25, 2025, a head-on collision on State Route 26 / Stephen P. Teale Hwy resulted in a fatality, according to the CHP Fatal.
The California Highway Patrol reports that the accident took place around 3:35 PM near the intersection of State Route 26 and Gilhaven Road.
Authorities stated that two sedans, a gray four-door sedan and a black four-door sedan, were involved in the crash. One of the vehicles crossed into the opposite lane of traffic, resulting in a head-on collision.
